Can anyone explain some details on how to get this done?

Let me chime in.

About Ferrothorn: the 0 speed IVs really aren't the biggest deal in the world.
You'll end up with 15 on average, that's good enough. It's really a small, anal difference.

Politoed doesn't NEED HP Grass. Particularly not this generation, where, IMO [and this is purely IMO] he might want to go for a more durable build, because you can't just let him die, he needs to pop and refresh rain here and there.

Meaning you could go for that Bold 252 HP 252 Def Scald/Protect/Toxic/Perish Song [or encore, or Ice Beam, or some new move if he learns one, etc]

Oh yeah and as for Toxicroak - since Poison Jab is now fairly legit because of Fairies, and because he gets STAB on it, maybe go for it instead?

Yea but what about all his other type punches? It gave him a large number of options against enemies.

I am also wondering about heliolisk, also the fairy change to Azumarill

I don't think so, I mean you never opted for anything but Ice Punch.
It's a change, but maybe a good one, give it a try.

Heliolisk is legit in my opinion, fucker gets Surf and Thunder, 110/110 offense and dry skin. Could definitely be worth a try, if only for the novelty.

Azumarill without Aqua Jet is bad.
