and I'm not sure whether to use Infiltrator or Frisk, since finding out items might be useful because of mega evolutions..

Infiltrator ignores substitute now, you want that unless you like being subdisabled.

What about the moveset? I'm not too sure about U-Turn and Roost.

Flamethrower? I think U-turn is a good idea but I doubt noivern will have a lot of time in battle to have a need for roost.

All sound moves including Boomburst now bypass subs as well.

So the question is, do you want to stop Sub Mega Gengar and other sub ghosts? That's the main use of Infiltrator whom Boomburst cannot hit.
