I'm planning on raising a perfect Pokemon, /vp/, and I need help thinking of which Pokemon to raise. How do I see if the IV's are perfect or what not? Also if I breed a Tyrantrum, what nature, and EV spread should I give it?

Adamant or Jolly Nature. Jolly Nature if running Rock Polish.

What do you mean by "perfect" pokemon? As in the strongest sweeper the game ever was?

From the looks of it, it's probably gonna be MegaMewtwo X/Y or Mega-Blaziken.

Kyogre although weather is getting nerfed, is still gonna be pretty strong - at least top 3 strongest.

If you want OU pokemon, then everything is a niche. The most complete Sweeper might be Mega-Lucario if it's not banned. Also, if you want to prepare for Gen 6 OU get yourself an Adamant Excadrill - the guy is for sure gonna drop from Uber and gonna be in hot demand considering he's the only spinner that can counter Mega-Gengar and Galvantula
