Nah, none are perfect coverage.

In fact, while not doing nearly as much SE damage as the others, dragon/fire has probably the best coverage available.

These are attack moves. Not Pokemon typing. Rock/Ground is a shit teir pokemon typing.

However any pokemon knowing a ground attack and a rock attack is second only to ghost and fighting.

Ghost/Fairy does now as well. However Ghost/Fighting hits more things SE than Ghost/Fairy so it keeps the title.

Redundant as you can achieve perfect coverage through fighting/ghost.

fairy/ghost is resisted by almost every steel type, no idea what that guy was smoking

Then Ghost/Fighting remains king of the hill. It was why I loved Nasty Plot Lucario. NP, Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball, and Vacuum Wave is just the absolute perfect moveset.

Man, now I'm trying to find the best combo of 4 attacking types. Right now I've come up with Fighting, Ice, Ghost, and Ground with 507 SEs.

That's not how the world of competitive pokemon works. You need to narrow your range to your particular tier.

For example in Gen V meta Steels and Dragons are running rampart in OU, therefore Dragon/Fighting is almost the best coverage. (Fire got nerfed by Rain)

Azumarril is the only thing that can wall fire/dragon whereas you can literally make a region bigger than Kalos with the amount of pokemon that resist boltbeam.

Edgequake has been heavily praised since Gen 4.
It's just that you can teach that to Pokemon who don't get STAB from both
Because Rock/Ground types are 4x weak to grass and water, weak to ice, weak to fighting, weak to ground, and don't resist ghost nor dragon.
