I highly doubt even one person got a legitimate shiny with correct nature, ability and 31/31/31/31/31/31.

As for me, I just caught an adamant Mawile in the safari with 31 attack, 31 hp, 31 speed, 25 def, 25 s.def, 1 s.attack

Pretty happy to skip all the breeding part.

There's an IV judge in Kiloude city. He'll tell you a message first based on the IV total of your pokemon, then he'll tell you what the highest IVs are and he'll say a message based on how high the IV is.
If he says
>They simply can't be beat
Then the stats he lists are perfect.

By base stats, yes. They aren't even close to "Legendary levels" like GF said so.

Yeah, there are IV calculators on the internet where you enter in the pokemon's EVs/nature/stats as it levels up and it will use that to calculate the IV.

Kinda annoying that when you level a level 1 pokemon, it passes by the stat increase when they level more then once, would be so easy to calculate if it gave you the states for every level.

If you get it in Safari, it is. Illegal hidden abilities were only so because there was no way to get them without hacking.

The way I did it (for Togepi) is find a friend with that Pokemon in their Safari

Capture as many as you need until you have a pair that together have all of the Max IV's you want using a Pokemon with Synchronize (Kadabra for example) to try and get the right Nature

Put them in the day care with the one with the right nature holding everstone and the other holding destiny knot

Hatch eggs and then talk to the IV checker in Kiloude Pokemon Center until you find a baby with all of the desired Max IV's (the IV checker will list each max IV and 0 IV's)
