What's the point? You can't use him in BM and ranked matches. And it's not like you need to optimize natures/EVs/IV for anything else other than online.

Nope it's gonna be perfectly fine in OU. 130/130 mixed attacker with 99 Speed will fill a great niche in OU; it doesn't have stupid broken signature move like geomancy

even in ubers it'll be better for it to run modest because of all the base 90s that run neutral speed natures
and it's definitely fine in OU, just look at hydreigon, which has 98 base and usually runs modest

Because of it's moveset, it's really hard to determine a good nature to correspond to. I've literally stopped playing my game because I am stuck right now.

Have you seen the fact that it gets Sucker Punch and U-Turn and that pointlessly gimping them is stupid? Speed is goddamn everything in Pokemon as well and in Ubers where speed tiering is so huddled up together that 99 is actually a big deal and it should hold onto its advantage. In OU it's not as big of a deal because a lot of its threats are lightspeed. In Uber things are slower and rely more on brute force and endurance.
