my first goodra is SpAtk max split speed and hp so far its pretty good but phsyical attacks hurt its gooness.

movepool plan Fireblast/thunder/Sludgebomb/icebeam. Probably maxing speed with this and put like lifeorb on it. or max hp and leftovers.
