Kyurem: Frozen Aura

Turns all water types into ice types. All water type moves become ice type moves. Would be useful if you send out Kyurem against a Politoad or Kyogre so that it would make an auto hail.

It's much easier for Slaking to stall out 5 turns than it is for Regigigas.

One, Slaking actually has a form of recovery
two, slaking can learn protect
three, slaking has a usable special attack stat and movepool.

Swampert (Water Absorb) - Gaining a water immunity would be a BIG boon to Swampert, giving it more switch opportunities and Scald immunity

Blaziken (Reckless) - Makes it more of a High Risk/Reward pokemon instead of being full-on retarded like Speed Boost

Pangoro - Thematically appropriate and actually useful unlike his other abilities which are kind of meh

Bisharp (Tough Claws) - Why the fuck not?

And unlike the existing pokemon with Pixelate and Refrigerate, it doesn't already have a superior available move. (Sylveon and Mega Gardevoir get Pixelate, but already have Moonblast so what's the point?)
