Just fight @ the 3 star restaurant, Le Wow or something, with the T3 +Money O-Power Running with an Amulet Coin. Much faster/better than the E4.

I've been doing the 3* Restaurant Triple Battles in Lumiose for cash and xp. Works rather well and you can maintain Exp/Money power for all 5 battles without refreshing.

With Exp 3 and Lucky Eggs I got my poliwag from 1 to 75 in an hour or so and each run nets you $150k+ with amulet coin and prize money

The 5 trainers in the restaurant give you 120k+ after Amulet Coin and Prize Money O-Power. Beating them in the correct number of turns rewards you with 25 balm mushrooms which can be sold for 150k. After the 100k entry fee, the restaurant nets you 170k+ per run and can be repeated every 5 minutes.

I'm not at the 8th Gym Leader yet but I've had enough money to easily buy all the clothes in that store and others just from doing the Battle Chateau with an amulet coin equipped.

This is the best method. Not sure what the exact figure is but I bought 20 Premier balls one at a time and then went straight to the Boutique, they let me in. Obviously you have to be able to access the North side of Lumoise so you can't access the Boutique before kicking Team Flare out of the power plant.
