It should make you receive Pokemon within 10 levels of the one you send out, would fix some of these problems.

Usually I send out things I'm breeding but don't meet my standards. Usually means at least one maxed IV, usually two, and maybe hidden abilities. Natures aren't what I want though, so I send em out.

Right now it's Spiritomb.
