So I caught a shitload of safari dittos but I don't understand how you pass the IVs. I want a Sylveon with 31 HP/Def/Spe. Atk/Spe. Def. Could anyone explain it to me. Also I have Ditto in my safari as my 3rd Pokemon so feel free to add me.

give ditto a destiny knot, it passes the IVs of the holder to the egg. don't know if its 100% transfer rate though.
