What about for instance using swagger during double battles on your teammate? Does he instantly get 4 levels of attack increase and would this be worth it?
Or using circle throw to deal some damage to a random pokemon in the other team and immediately switching it again? Any good?

The Swagger thing sounds interesting, but I am not sure if it would work.
I am pretty sure Circle Throw only works once, and the second attack just doesn't happen.

It says all attacks hit twice.
Ostensibly, that means that status mods are double, moves like Power-up Punch activate twice, and maybe stuff like U-turn makes you immediately switch back in.

Attacks HIT twice, and any effects are used twice. Using Power Up Punch goes like this:

I tried using Double Hit and it just hits twice so you can't stack multi hit moves. I was thinking of using Dizzy Punch though since it has twice the chance to confuse the opponent.

Yeah, it's slightly weaker. But Power Up Punch is total worth it for the boost, and any extra damage is always good. Factor in Kanga's Attack already, and just dayum.

What sort of move set would you recommend for a khan?

Other than power-up punch that is.

I'd assume the ability would be the one that allows it to hit ghosts

Tail Whip only activates once, so i guess doubleteam and such would too. I think the ability needs to deal damage to activate twice.
