I know everyone's going around saying Brave/Adamant with 252 Atk&Def, but I personally can't see why I should train those 2 when only the highest of them is important in each stage. Technically I can have 0 def in Attack Forme, since I shouldn't get hit when I'm in that stance anyway. If I Have extremely low speed the enemy will only be able to hit me in Defence Forme if I switch between offensive moves and Kings Shield, right?
So, why not go for relaxed or Impish and boost my HP and DEF?
