Well, I guess it's nice that anything got boosted at all. Good buff to scolipede and raichu. On the other hand, pokemon like butterfree, beedrill, and wigglytuff could've used more than just 10 points.

And top kek at the azumarill and roserade "buffs".

Honestly Beedrill's problem has never been it's damage, it needs more moves and some extra speed. Have gamefreak ever seen a bee in real life? Those things can be fucking fast when they want to be.

Raichu is interesting; I've always run it with Scarf and made it just outspeed max Latios, and OHKO it with HP Ice....

You don't have to boost an Eeveelution, just swap one of it's useless stats with a more useful one. Like Special Attack with HP. Then it'll become a tank.

As someone who uses farfetch'd every game it feels like he was given a boost.

Also stick seems to have increased his critical hit ratio way more. I'm not exaggerating when I say most of his hits are critical, even with moves that don't increase the ratio.

The one thing I'd like to see more than anything is for pokemon to receive some real balancing. Give Mega evolutions to shit pokemon who can't evolve and standard evolutions to those who can hold another evolution. Add some powerful new moves and abilities and disperse them out among NU pokemon. From there, adjust some base stats (more than fucking 10 points, fucking mega mewtwo has a stat total of 780 and luvdisc has a stat total of 330, ten points ain't doing shit for nobody.)

Nothing turns me off more from competitive pokemon than the fact that you don't stand a chance unless you use 6 of the 20 or so viable pokemon. If I wanna win with fucking butterfree, than I should be able to.

Except it's not. Games use other shit like Mythical pokemon and Mirage Pokemon and various other crap.

10 points can be a lot. There's a lot of pokemon that are hovering just on the edge between tiers, and 10 could be enough to push them over.

Most of the buffs we've seen so far are not those edge cases, though.

Thank you. Strategy should be more of a factor than who they decide to heap the base 134 attack stat on. I want to fight with Arbok and Mightyena without losing cuz they're slow and made of paper.
