I have not seen a lot of talk about this guy. He used to see some use as a baton passer in OU and as a Special Sweeper in NU and UU, BUT with him becoming part fairy and have access to two different STABs (Psychic and Dazzling Gleam) do you think we will be seeing more or Mr. Mime?

How do you EV train him? also, is there a complete list of moves for him yet?
