Give me some ideas for a Pokemon so annoying, that it would cause autists to break their 3DS after a Wifi battle.

Really would like something that has Thunderwave, Confuse Ray, and a flinching attack, but I would need 3 pokemon to use. Double team and Moody is welcome too.
