Yeah, seriously. That whole thing honestly turned me off from the story pretty hard.

Seemed like some potential mystery, but then he's basically just the king of old, who's 3000 years old and not dead. They didn't even bother to explain any of it.
They tried to make it come off as mysterious and wonderous, but it really just came off as "so randumb xD"
