I want to run a togekiss in online, but according to serebii in b/w it only learned roost via move tutor, which is not in this game.
And I kind of need roost.

Can anyone confirm whether togekiss can learn roost in XY?
Can I not get a roost togekiss until the transfer comes in or no?
