When I saw his ability, I was so excited. However, it's kind of misleading. Parental bond gives you two attacks, but the second attack I think is 25% or 50% weaker than the primary attack. It's hard to tell with min/maxing swings but it seems consistent.

When I looked a MKhan's base stats, the first thing my eyes latched onto was his SpA. It goes 40->60. Most people wouldn't think anything of it, but I got the idea into my head that 60 base attack REALLY means he has 120 base SpA, thanks to the double hit ability. Unfortunately, having used him in online battles, it's more like he's got 80 to 100 SpA - or at least, it FEELS that way when you use him.

Even so, here's my current Kangaskhan:

64 Atk 192 SpA 252 Spe Hasty (+Spe/-Def) nature. He's got perfect IVs in speed, HP, Atk and SpA. I gave him the moves:

TBolt, Icebeam, Earthquake, Power-up Punch

While TBolt and Icebeam are "usable" - and in some funny ways you can really catch people off guard with this strategy... I don't really see a point to my idea. This set could be good for dealing with certain defensive walls, and it's certainly surprising... but I would advise people to play with Khan's great bulk and stick with the elemental punches for coverage.
