Make sure you have Prize Money O-power and Amulet Coin. Run through the E4, using the prize money power before every battle. (You have to wait a bit to recharge towards the end). With prize money lvl 1 + amulet coin, you get 39,000 per battle. You can also try the battle maison to level up the money power and make some extra cash.

O-powers boost certain things like pass powers in Gen V. You get them by talking to Mr. O (guy in pink suit) in hotels in Pokemon centers. One of the powers boosts your prize money from battles for 3 minutes. Using the O-power a lot also levels it up so you get more money.
