It boosts Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Water Pulse and Aura attacks by 50% like they're STAB.
The sad thing is, it was made for Clawitzer who actually learn those attacks unlike Blastoise who has to get most of them through breeding.

Clawitzer: 71/73/88/120/89/59

Mega Blastoise: 79/103/120/135/115/78

M-Blastoise is better, but you argue Clawitzer is more useful since it doesn't take up a Mega slot.

What would do more damage coming from a Mega Blastoise? Water Pulse or Surf?

I figured that I'd use this thread.

Does Mega Launcher boost Ice Beam and Flash Cannon?
And is it a 50% boost or a 20% boost? If it's 50%, does that mean that Iron Fist has been buffed as well?

Mega Launcher only boosts moves with Aura and Pulse in their names. Ice Beam and Flash Cannon quite specifically do not enjoy the boost.

It is 50%, Iron Fist is still 20% to my knowledge, likely due to the fact that punch attacks are more widespread than the whopping 4 attacks that fall under this clause.

Maybe it's coincidence but to me they really seem to have buffed the confusion chance on Water Pulse. It feels more like 30% to me now.
