What's the quickest way to EV train in X/Y Pre-E4?

Using just the football minigame, or using it in conjunction with any training bags I happen to get?

Any faster methods?

First you should just train the old way/use vitamins/whatever else to build a base.
Then, after you reach about the halfway point or so for a stat doing it that way, you should be able to wipe out lvl. 3 of super training no problem for +12 evs each go. Use any large bags/double EV bags you get.
Takes me about 20 mins. to fully train a pokemon.

Before this thread gets out of hand from /pol/, get a combee with Sweet Scent and find hoards and wreck them all with something like Earthquake or Swift. You can use the Macho Brace to double EVs.

Other than that it's the minigame.

If you have a power item/pokerus, then use sweet scent/honey to EV train with hordes.

If not do the super training. And completing each minigame within a level unlocks the next.
