Now, I don't have many friends close to me that own the game, so I have to trade online... So, how do I trade these pokemon, which then evolve, and receive them back for my Pokedex?

Do I need to find someone to trade with or what?

Yes, someone has to trade, then trade back. Or you could find one on the GTS and hope it isn't holding an everstone. That is, unless it's one of the pokemon that require a certain held item to evolve, then you will definitely need to find a trade buddy.

get someone you trust, send over the pokemon with an everstone on it, have them take it off, and trade back

go to the home screen, then at the very top there's a smiley face in an orange box, go to it, that's your friend list, then go to register friend, type in my numbers, call me Jonathan and go back to the game. go to the pss which is between the super training and the poke-amie. turn on the internet and you should be set
