Personally I'd run Focus Miss over Shadow Ball even though I hate it for coverage since Steel resists your two STABs.

It learns it naturally at around level 80.

You can also have it learn via Move Relearner.

Move Relearner. It might be from level up but I havn't gotten that high up yet.

I'm seeing Moonblast in most of these sets. Wasn't the TM you get from the Fairy Gym stronger than Moonblast?

Ah ok so then Moonblast is better for the most part, though Dazzling Gleam is fine for some situations. Still kinda annoying it learns it so late. Looks like I'm off to find another Heart Scale.

Pixilate turns normal type moves into Fairy type moves. It's pretty useless for the most part, the only use I can see for it is STAB Hyper Voice since now sound moves work through Substitute.
