okay here is the thing, from your perspective its this, but alot of the 'real' pokemon sites commonly open to the public have a huge amount of predefined rules when it comes to just talking. Case and point: Seribii's live chat has 49 FUCKING RULES. Most of these cites are run by Nazi-Autists who demand that their perfect little world stay in perfect order.

one pokemon in the pair has to be foreign, doesn't matter which. NA ditto and foreign Bulbasaur is fine. Most people just use foreign ditto because it's easier to get.
