The white shape looked like a Reuniclus core, but it had lumps and growths all over its body, glowing from the inside with an eerie blue energy. At the moment when the defensive goo was down, Luci's foot came whirling out of nowhere covered in flame, slamming into one of the growths on the creature's side. It burst open, sending streams of blue energy escaping in all directions and fading away. A single, weak strand wrapped around Luci's foot instead, melding into the flesh and vanishing. The mass spun around, floating dazedly deeper into the goo as the bits tossed around by Vader started to recombine with the blob.
>Luci has now regained 2/3 Soul Fragments>>14944602Unfortunately, the growth containing the last soul fragment was still protected by goo, but the Banette was able to collect some of the other escaping souls before they faded. The caught souls coalesced into colored spheres, not unlike crystal balls in appearance.

After a moment, a ripple of color went through the goo and several spheres of pink energy were sent bouncing around the room.
