Just like IF you have the necessary berries in sufficiently large quantity, the juice shoppe is faster for resetting EVs than farming a reset bag.
Otherwise ST makes it much quicker and easier, at least provided you aren't shit at it and can properly beat a round in 15 seconds like you should be able to.
