ITT Unexceptional Pokemon that don't have any sort of fanbase. This is different from forgettable Pokemon. Forgettable Pokemon get mentioned so often that they might as well have a fanbase of forgettable Pokemon. I'm talking about Pokemon that aren't necessarily ugly or unusable, just unexceptional enough for anyone to care about.
