How do you guys organize your PC in-game?

I organize mine by type, then setting aside two boxes for Legendaries and Bros. Takes a long time, but it useful afterwards.

I have 1-3 boxes for each;
Single stage Pokemon
First stages for 2 stage Pokemon
Second stages for 2 stage Pokemon
First stages of 3 stage Pokemon
Second stages of 3 stage Pokemon
Third stages of 3 stage Pokemon
Legendaries
Starter Pokemon and Turtle like Pokemon
Pokebros and HM slaves

As I evolve all of them, the boxes for lower stages become boxes for he later stages

You have a box specifically for Pokemon based off of turtles?

Not JUST for Pokemon based off turtles, they're with the starters and more often than not, other Reptilian based Pokemon.
I have 2 Northern Yellow Face turtles called Squirtle and Turtwig.
