is there a way to get more than 7 boxes? I have stuff in my 7th so I don't think it's like BW where if you put something in your boxes they'll add more boxes.

I just put one in every box just like in gen 5, worked for me.

That's not it.

The more Pokemon you have, the more boxes will be auto added. Its quantity, not placement. Next increment is 15.

I had 7 boxes, put one in every box, got 15. Repeated once or twice more, can't remember, worked for me. Perhaps you need to have "alot" of mons and put at least one mon in several boxes.

Maybe its a mix of both. I've had at least 1 in the last box since start, and it updated when I had filled up 5 boxes total.
