IV checker in Kiloude city.
So, /vp/ I'm curious as to what response you get when you have a perfect IV stat?
Does anyone have a list of his responses and what each means?
I'm just getting in to breeding, and want to fill the wonder trade with glorious Honedges. And after that, who knows?

He initially tells you how good the sum of your Pokemon's IVs is. I don't remember the corresponding values by heart but it's "Decent all around" < "Above average" < "Relatively superior" < "Outstanding". Relatively superior and outstanding is all 31s / almost all 31s.

Then he tells you what the highest stat is, explicitly. If many stats tie for highest, he'll tell you all of them. On a Pokemon with 6 31s for example he'll say all of the stats.

And then he tells you just how high the highest stat is. The expression he uses for 31 in a stat is "can't be beat", with some other random messages for lower stats, like "fantastic stats" for 20-30 and so on.

TL;DR You want "Outstanding potential", then you want him to name all the stats explicitly, then say "These stats can't be beat".

His first response is how good in general the pokemon is. Dunno the exact formula, but anything involving "superior" or "outstanding" is what you should keep an eye out for.

Whatever stat(s) he lists off will be their highest, the more the better.

His last statement will be just how good those best stats are ("can't be beat" is maxed, "fantastic" is pretty good, etc). And of course, any bad mention of a stat is bad.

I've noticed he'll say something that tells you if the pokemon's IVs are terrible after he tells you what the best are. That can be pretty useful if your breeding for Trick Room team members.
