found a 31/x/31/29/29/31 ditto

is that realistically the best I'm going to find? been at friend safari for two days and almost all of what I find sucks ass

I think it's best to breed with 3 IV dittos and use destiny knot. Just get those IVs shifted to the baby, then use another ditto to try and give it the remaining IVs you want

I don't know how many you caught. But I caught 70ish and best I got was
31/31/31/12/31/9 and a bunch of other random 3 IVs

its gotta be a ditto, I'm trying to get a "perfect shiny", as in all of those stats except attack at 31 while still keeping the nature and egg moves, while still keeping one of the pokemon foreign for MM

I didn't even catch 5 of them and have gotten already 2 with 3 perfect IVs.

Pretty sure it should be possible to get some with 4 easily.

I caught about 300~ Dittos so far, and I only found ones with three perfect IVs.

The chance of getting a three IV Ditto in the Safari is a bit over 10%. The chance of getting a four IV Ditto is is ~.5%, more than twenty times rarer.

I considered that but 200 BP...

I'm trying to Masuda the Scyther anyway. On average (by which I mean 99%) I'm getting Superior/Outstanding Scyther with perfect IVs in Attack and Speed so I figure if I keep going I'll have a Shiny Scyther that's also good competitively.

Comparing the stats with known ditto base stats.

If you keep a few rare candies on you and quit without saving each time, it's pretty easy to get the exact numbers.

Just Google an IV calculator.
