Anyone find out where/if you can get this guy yet? Was my number 1 bro is Gen 5 but he's level 86 and I kind of want to train a new one I have 7 badges and have beaten team flare where can I find him?

He's not on Route 15. Friend Safari only. Want one easy? Put a Ditto or a version exclusive on the GTS and ask for one. That's what I did, had the little guy in about 15 minutes.

You can find them on friend safari on GTS: I usually let them go for some version exclusives, but someone asks for Yvetal or Xerneas. This is crazy.
