>>14971214Because the concept of a three headed dragon or a large moth isn't at all unique to Godzilla. Also, when you have a series with over 700 differently designed animals, you're going to come across similar themes.
Hydreigon and King Ghidorah just have their three heads and draconic design as similarities, which is by no means unique or even rare. Hydreigon's design is, in fact, taken in a completely different direction, where it has it's dark nature and "hand puppet" like heads to make the middle head show off a dominant force in it's own competition.
King Ghidorah is a lightning breathing, gold plated alien dragon thing. It's got different wings entirely (both in purpose and design), 3 tails, legs, and a different torso. Also, it's three heads are positioned differently.
If there was ANY evidence from the creators or elsewhere that said that it was an inspiration, i'd concede, but there isn't.
Also, Volcarona is fucking nothing like Mothra. It's a moth based off more of Horus than anything (what with it being a supposed Sun god).
