The first, and most popular method is the PokeRadar method. The PokeRadar is a tool used to encounter the same pokemon multiple times in a row. In doing this, it increases your chances of finding a shiny from 1/8000+ to around 1/200 or so, once you chain 40 in a row.
Read some youtube videos/posts about it online, there are lots of arbitrary rules.
The second method is chaining fish, where you sit in a rocky corner in the sea, and fish the same pokemon repeatedly, but you must have a pokemon with suction cups in the lead. Usually 1-100 encounters results in a shiny.
>>14971039It's easier, but in terms of skills. MM can take anywhere from 30-1000 eggs or so from what I've seen. People literally go crazy doing it, and is quite the commitment.
