I'm thinking I'll go with one screen, whichever defense is weaker, T-wave is crippling, Foul play is necessary (and a generally good move), and spikes sounds good.

Steel/Fairy Jirachi is both extremely good and entirely possible. Same goes for Grass/Fairy Celebi, Water/Fairy Manaphy, and probably a few others we haven't seen in-game yet.

I've looked at Aromatisse's base stats, and it's not bad. Learns some really cool moves, like Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, and Psychic.

I'm raising a Spritzee (Bold nature to boost its defense).
