So whats better on dragon types? Dragn claw or Outrage now thta fairies are immune ot dragon moves

It seems like dragon claw has the advantage because if a dragon faints a pokemon with outrage, a fairy can switch it, set, take the outrage and sweep the rest of your team, but the 40 point lose is sort of big.
