I just drove my friend crazy by asking this.

but...

why is he not considered a legendary by competitive standards?

his stats,typing,rarity.

doesn't that classify something as a legendary?

Just want to know because all my friend keeps saying is "He's just not a legendary".

He is a legendary, what the fuck are you talking about. I think you have your lingo confused. He's not Uber because there are other mons in Uber that do what he does but better. Which is pretty much Draco Meteor nuking and some assorted coverage. While being a beast, he's no Palkia.
