1. Open your friend list.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Delete Friend Card.
4. Scroll through your friend list and delete whoever you want to delete.

Alternatively, stop being a lazy ass and do a simple Google search.

But that doesn't work.

You delete friend cards from the DS menu outside of the game, and they perpetually remain on your friends list ingame in an offline state.

well you can remove aquaintances by tapping their icon, then selecting the little shape in the lower left corner, i assume its the same for friends once you remove them on the ds
