Sure he basically loses his ice weakness because with 150 SpD ice beam ain't doing shit to him
but Outrage and Play Rough are not exactly uncommon
Plus while his SpD is amazing, most of the fairies have some pretty amazing SpA as well, meaning a moonblast or dazzling gleam may not OHKO, but it's still gonna do some serious damage.
I feel like dragon type was the wrong typing for goodra
