I just reset my Pikachu's base stats, where do I go from her to make him a real nigger?

Is there a guide on what hordes to fight and where to find them?

What is the best move set for him?

All into speed and Special Attack

You can find the hordes in route 12, wingull for speed, mareep for special attack.

Unfortunately he is still vastly underpowered compared to well, most other lightning pokemon

Reset bags. You can farm them in Super Training by hitting the default bag until it drops.

For hordes do you only get points for a single stat or just most of them? I'm not sure how the whole thing works.

You go to a horde, beat their shit, get 10 EV points per horde. [5 x 2 {assumed Pokerus}]

Mareep are 10 sp.atk, Wingull are 10 speed

That said, sub/encore/thunderbolt/hp ice if you can.
I guess Grass Knot could work?

Single stat.
Here's how it works
the wingull hordes- each wingull naturally gives 1 speed EV
Killing a horde of them will kill 5, thus 5 speed EVs
Thus if have pokerus you'll get 10 EVs from the horde
if you have pokerus and macho brace you'll get 20
if you have pokerus and the speed band thing you'll get 50, as it makes each wingull worth 5.

using the macho brace and pokerus you get 20 or 40 evs depending on what pokemon you fight.
most pokemon give 1 ev each so it's almost always 20 ev per fight.
13 fights and you're guaranteed to max a stat

Yeah.
But you get the macho brace maybe 1/2 way through the game iirc.
Plus with this you can train your entire team at once, well if they all need the same stat trained.
So more often you can train 2-3 pokemon at once

pokerus is really easy to get though, make a thread and people will give it to ya, if you want I'll give you it.
