the idea being you can slap someone's shit with toxic and venoshock, or just stall out with giga drain, toxic, and leech seed.
top it off with chlorophyll for fast, use mega charizard Y or DW Ninetales beforehand for drought. I think it'd be pretty good in a Sunny Day/Drought based team.
