Wild Baby Pokemon are guaranteed 3 perfect IVs in Gen VI.

Fair enough with baby types you can catch in the wild when you start the game and train up to evolve but otherwise its stupid.

Breeding was introduced in Gen II

To be honest neither does it make sense for the baby to be present in the Kangaskhan sprite and to then later be hatched out of an egg, but I suppose that can be chalked up to being a sibling.

Too bad it was shit in Gen 5. Just like every tier that wasn't UU. Gen 4 LC is easily the best meta ever. It's pretty much too fast, too furious: the metagame.
