How can I balance my attack and defense stats as this motherfucker in X and Y? Super training doesn't seem to work, unless i'm doing something wrong. Neither do vitamins.

you're doing something wrong.
it's easy as hell to do this with straight vitamins, because at level 19 it's stats aren't far apart anyways.

You could potentially just check its IVs and then put its IV and some amount of Atk and Def EVs into a stat calculator, set it to level 20 and see how to equal out its Atk and Def.
