Goddamn I love Wigglytuff, it's kawaii as hell and I want it to be useful but it just sucks so much.

Such a shame. I really want Wigglytuff to be useful.

Also give him an equally crazy signature move.

Special
20 BP
Quickly attacks the target, doesn't count as a move used for that turn. Can only use this move once per turn. +7 priority.

There, now Wigglytuff can be viable.

Fairy type is pretty much what Dark was in Gen II: a good idea to counter an OP type but it hardly has any good Pokemon. Xerneas is obviously Uber since it's version mascot legendary but there are hardly any other good Fairy types besides Mega Gardevoir and Togekiss. Basically, all other have shitty movepools and/or shitty stats, making them incapable of countering any Dragons. It's quite sad really.

484 is is maximum hp
wish will heal half that
pain split add both your hp together and divides it by 2 then distributes it amongst one another.use rage powder to keep your opponet off of wigglytuff.

the move it has is fantastic but its still got crappy base stats its more of a support pokemon i would have to say

Protip: dragons often have 130+ attacking stats and a wide movepool with a lot of coverage. Being immune to outrage doesn't mean shit when an eq or fireblast still koes.
