So have we decided on a moveset for this guy yet?

I'm thinking

Adamant

Dragon Dance
Outrage
Flare Blitz
and I'm not sure about the last one. Roar, maybe?

He's still got good SpA even with an adamant nature, consider something that can deal with certain switch ins like Gyrados or Heatran? HP electric, ground or grass would all be really useful.

You might want to consider brick break or power-up punch for dealing with Tyranitar/Aggron/Heatran.
