I caught Yveltal in an Ultra ball on the first go, but then didn't add him to my party when it gave me the option. I really wanted to beat Lysandre's ass with him, though, so I did a soft reset and had to catch him again. Was too much of a pain in the ass, so I used it.

I really hate using masterballs, it makes catching a legendary feel like "eh, whatever". At least I still have birds, Mewtwo, and snek to look forward to.

Dialga was the last pokemon I ever caught with a Master Ball. The others were Kyogre, Raikou and Mewtwo (stupid predictable past-me). I honestly don't like it's design any more and would only use it on a shiny Abra these days.

Can't remember the exact number off the top of my head, but Jolly with perfect HP, Attack and Speed and like 27+ Defense and Special Defense because I want to run a Mewtwo X with a Bulk Up set (was going for Subpunch but then I realized you can't actually teach Mewtwo Focus Punch in X and Y). Here's hoping for tutors that can expand Mewtwo's physical movepool in the next game. I just bought Y yesterday so I can get myself a near-perfect mega Mewtwo Y too.

I actually haven't used Masterball since first playthrough of Gen 1 ( Mewtwo ). Always holding it for that shiny teleporting/exploding/mementoing stuff, while wasting faptillion hours running around in grass trying to capture roaming legendaries. Maybe with LOTO ID and amount of pokemon I got from trades I'll be less stingy with it, but I always want at least in backpack, for those shiny sudoku'ing bitches.

I haven't used it.
The legendaries that I could've used it on I used and successfully caught them in Pokeballs.

The only exception was I used a premier ball on my favorite Pokemon.

I have a master ball just sitting in my bag gathering dust.

I used it on purpose on a female Zoroark because I planned to breed tiny Zoruas with Master Ball and put up on WT/GTS. The game proceeded to laugh at me by not giving me Master Ball Zoruas.
