I would go with Return over Dizzy punch, but that's just me.
Notable other moves include those you've listed, Crunch, and Sucker Punch, though it could probably even go mixed because of the two attacks. 2stronk4just4moves

Speed will always be an issue with Kangaskhan, and considering most Gengars run Focus Blast to deal with T-Tar, there's a 30% chance of Kangaskhan getting fucked up.

This isn't a problem with Kangaskhan though, it's a problem with Mega Gengar being an absolute monster.

I don't really know myself. Kanga has a lot of options, but few of them are truly amazing.

Take Dizzy Punch out, Return is Superior choice for damage. If you want to stop opponent from attacking then Stomp for 51% flinch rate is better.

Also put Sucker Punch in there somewhere to deal with fast and fragile things like Gengar/Starmie/Mewtwo Y

If it just Gengar, you can choose not to Tranform into Mega and kill/break his sub with scrappy.

I know where you're coming from, but it's not worth the severe drop in damage, especially if you can't predict properly.

I don't know if an unboosted Kangaskhan can deal much damage to anything else. So withholding mega evolution until Gengar is gone is a very risky strategy.

I think earthquake is a better choice. A super effective Bulldoze is weaker than a Neutral Return.

Sure you might slow them down but why do that when you can just out rightly kill them with EQ?

What about a multi-hit move? Does that work here?
STAB Comet Punch = 36 BP up to 10 times (at least four)
STAB Double Hit = 70 BP four times guaranteed.

I'm not entirely sure how it all works though. Just a thought.

The second hit is about half as powerful as the first one. It's significant, but not horrible. Basically the same as adaptability but doubles as a sub/sash breaker and inherent Serene Grace.

He got half the attack of the mother.
The ability makes Kangaskhan effectively have 185 attack with similar bulk to Mega Heracross but better speed.

Getting Sword Dance boost for every power up punch is a nice effect too

Kid uses giga impact, adult rests.
Adult uses giga impact, kid rests.

The guy I went up against online had Fake Out, PUP, Giga Impact and Sucker Punch. I was able to take this guy down, but that moveset will definitely make your Kanga hard to get by.

Imagine if it got a Physical Geomancy and Parental Bond did boosting moves twice.

Slap a Power Herp on there and you've got +4 Atk, Def, and Speed in one turn. No brakes on that rape train. PUP from the mother alone at that point could probably kill eviolite chansey.
