I wish the Elite 4 didn't take so long. Their animations in their chambers were admittedly sweet the first time around. When you're farming them for money it's rather tedious.

All the Pokémon I painstakingly IV bred in Emerald will be worthless in Gen VI, since you can get 4–5 perfect IVs so easily now. That means there is no point in trading up those fellas into Y. ;_;
(Except Paper Plane Aerodactyl which only needs Attack and Speed anyway.)

The 1 or more extra IV points in HP could be the difference between a win and a loss.

Face it, with making a perfect pokemon THIS EASY in Gen 6, you have no excuse. Don't be lazy.

There's still all those moves from the previous games that you can't get in Gen 6
The only way for Blissey to get Seismic Toss is to catch it in FireRed/LeafGreen, trade it to Emerald, Transfer it to Gen 4, transfer it to Gen 5 and soon Pokebank it to Gen 6

Aerodactyl has absolutely shitty defences and relies solely on its Focus Sash to survive for more than one turn; I'm pretty autistic about this and will likely breed new and better Staryus, Ralts, and all the others I've bred before; but it really makes no difference for Aerodactyl.

I wipe the floor with them using mega gardevoir in the middle with dazzling gleam and I've battled there at least 40 times so far and i've never seen them protect twice in a row.

If you're doing it to level up as well just bring in two weak mons on either side and switch them in for two other mons that you want to level ujp while you one hit everything with dazzling gleam

I don't find it difficult at all. I use Mega Alakazam with Dazzling Gleam, Talonflame just for fun and Rock Edge/Earthquake Tyrunt. Takes me 2 turns at most for each battle if one of the pokemon used protect.

How do you level it up? I was in there for 20 minutes as a Viscount or something and it took fucking forever for trainers to start coming and for me to rank up. Is there a faster way to rise in ranks?

Return frequently. It takes around an hour or two to completely refresh all the trainers in the chateau.
Silver/Gold Writs increase money gains. Writs of challenge increase the level of their pokémon. Invitation makes new trainers to appear faster. But you can only have 1 writ active and they last til day change (12am).

Grand Duke/Duchess. Gives access to Black Writ of Invitation which costs 300k. Description says it will only get in the strongest of the strong trainers. I hope it means no more Baron faggots with Scatterbug and Ledyba slowing up my day (haven't used it yet, waiting til tomorrow).

It levels everyone up, it doesn't change who comes.

The low levels turn into level 40s, while the highs are 65.

I usually go Vivillion, Mawile, Weavile/Garchomp (Garchomp isn't properly trained or bred but he works for what the other two can't deal with). I'm not exactly interesting in building some min-max team just to deal with legendary faggots.

Besides, most of the people I've encountered with stuff like Mewtwo have been pretty bad.
QZBW-WWWW-WWWX-PK77 is a good example of how bad incase anyone wanna see the standard derp in Battle Spot.
