was hoping someone could help me out with my team. I've got 1 slot left to fill, and I'm not sure who to fill it with, all I know is that I need something with speed and preferably fire/flying/bug/psychic. Here's what I've got:

Aegislash Att/Def
Azumarill (Huge Power) HP/Att
Greninja (Protean) SpA/Spe
Nidoking (Sheer Force) SpA/Spe
Tyruntrum Att/Def
???

I was thinking of using a Timid Vulpix I got in trade, but it has Drought which probably won't be a problem for my Greninja, but will pretty well fuck up Azumarill.

Can anyone give me some advice? Should I use the Vulpix? Is there something else I should be using?

Feel free to suggest substitutes for my current team. I'm not really attached to Aegislash and Greninja. A lot of people are using them I've seen, but they are yet to live up to their hype for me.

Having electric type coverage or at least something that can threaten things weak to it would be very useful to your team.
However another guy weak to ground would not.

Does your nidoking have a strong poison move?
Because if not, I'm seeing that you really don't have any coverage for fairies.

So I'm made a hashed attempt to come up with an 'anti-metagame' team.

Flash Fire Chandelure - Can switch in with ease on anything that the standard Big Dumb Blaziken throws out (Hi Jump Kick miss shenanigans ahoy)
Max SpA/ Mixed Defense
Dual STAB
Maybe some more coverage, or Trick

Mega Mawile - For your standard Dragons/Fairies that random Wifi battlers love to use. Gets bonus points for being able to switch to Chandy on the inevitable fire-type counter, or a levitater when targeted by ground.
Max Att/Mixed Defense
No idea what the moveset for this would be besides dual physical STAB

Encore-Chu to fuck with heads and acquire more free switches. This would likely be the lead. Max speed, HP/SpD mix. Not designed to take physical hits.

Blissey because all Kanto and two Kalos starters are special-oriented, as are other common threats like Goodra. Not much else to say here, we all know how Blissey works.

A Trick Room Team user, preferably with Levitate (Bronzong?). This is why there's no speed investment on the two big hard-hitters.

Some sixth thing.

Chances are it is not outspeeding the opponent's lead, meaning it's just gonna die.
Mega Mawile is great at scaring dragons, but you've got dudes like hydreigon who can run fire blast AND earthquake.

You have pretty awful coverage, only having good fire, ghost, dark, steel, and fairy attacks.

You need someone with decent speed for if the trick room doesn't pan out or runs out with no way to get it back up again.

Sure you can get away with some switches if your predictions are good, but I can't see this really doing much to a real team, it just doesn't have any coverage.

Still a little iffy with 100 speed, because this is a case of if it does not go first, you've completely lost the momentum and will suffer for it.

I'd recommend getting a physical sweeper for your 6th, as while mawile hits like a train, dark/steel/fairy isn't exactly amazing coverage on it and as it is a good special wall could end you right now.

need one more dude to round out this team a bit. Any suggestions? Someone suggested Ferrothorn to setup my own hazards but I was thinking about klefki for prankster support.

I'm breeding Espurr at the moment, male with prankster. What nature? Modest or Timid? I mean, I know +1 T-wave/Toxic and whatever else is great. But they learn the same offensive movepool essentially as both can learn Thunderbolt and Energy Ball. So I'd be using Male Prankster offensively.

I'd get someone else with strong special, because right now you're kind of lacking, because while protean greninja is good it has a slight issue with anything it isn't super effective against.
And with that being your only special guy a physical wall could cause major problems to you.

Also if you put swagger on that klefki I hate you and hope you die in a fire.

yeah another special attackers would be good. Perhaps regular Gengar with sub/disable or chandaleure for coverage.

Oh crap, haven't thought of that really, if anything Aegislash and Blastoise can go against a typical Steel/Dark types I guess? But you have a point about Gengar and Dragon types. Any suggestions?

Then run a Mega Mawile to start sweeping with the help of Trick Room. Standard build.

I'm unsure on a third. Clawitzer would benefit well from Trick Room and cover my fire weakness. Malamar stronk though, he might be a bit fast however. I'm also tempted by iron ball Ditto, because Ditto.
